Green Oliver tour operator & outdoor activities is the No 1 company in Thessaloniki, which professionally organizes multi-day and daily nature trips. Licenced by the Greek National Tourism Organization and member of the Association of Greek Tourist Enterprises for Outdoor Leisure Activities, it was launced in 2017 and has gained the trust and the loyalty of all those who seek unique adventures in nature!


We travel, explore and organize adventure and recreational tours, hiking trips and outdoor activities with safety.

GREEN OLIVER TEAM

CHRYSOSTOMOS ZERVOPOULOS

Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration at University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki and Μaster in International Management at Strathclyde University in Glasgow. Having worked in the tourism industry since 2009, he is the founder of Green Oliver tour operator & outdoor activities company. Involved in the outdoor and fitness industry since 2007, specialized in canyoning (guide and instructor, ICAN), rock climbing & mountaineering (Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering & Climbing), mountain bike (MIAS), open water sailing (N.C.TH.) and personal training with focus on circular, functional, TRX and bodyweight training. He is trained as an Animator of Outdoor Leisure Activities, while he has also worked as a sea kayak and SUP guide for 2 years. He has attended the Wilderness First Aid Advanced seminar (36-40 Hours) by ECSI and he has an internationally recognized certification in first aid training (adult, child, infant) and CPR.

ANTIGONI TSOLI

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sport Science of Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki, specialized in Outdoor Recreational Activities and Sports Tourism.  She is a certified yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance, 200 hours), pilates mat and reformer instructor. She has also collaborated with the Τeloglion Fine Arts Foundation to offer motor-skills activities, organized games and yoga for kids. She has been involved in Greek traditional dance and has attended workshops on acrobatics, traditional African dance, swing, tai-chi, contemporary and improvisation. She has an internationally recognized certification in first aid training (BLS/AED).

HARIS KOUTSOUKIDIS

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sport Science of Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki, specialized in Outdoor Recreational Activities and Sports Tourism. Graduate student of “Sports and Health” in the faculty of Health Sciences of Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki. He also works as a parkour instructor and a personal trainer, while he is involved in outdoor and bodyweight training. Since 2015 he has been certified in alternative – holistic treatments from international federations and organizations. Moreover, he has worked in kids’ athletics programs and as a fitness instructor for people with special needs. He has an internationally recognized certification in first aid training in playing fields.

EVA GIANNOPOULOU

Bachelor’s degree in Physics at Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki, certified mountain escort of the Public Institute of Vocational Training, while she is also trained as an Animator of Outdoor Leisure Activities. She has attended mountaineering school (Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering & Climbing) as well as rock climbing school (Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering & Climbing). She has a recognized certification in first aid training (BLS).

CHRISTOS DOUDOULAKAS

He is attending the course of mountain escort at the Public Vocational School and he is a member of the Hellenic Mountaineering & Climbing Federation since 2014. He is passionate about mountain activities and mainly mountaineering for the past 10 years. He has hiked most of the Greek summits and a number of hiking trails in Greece. He is an experienced mountain escort and has attended rock climbing and first aid courses as well.

ARIS ZACHARIS

ICAN canyoning guide and instructor, experienced in several gorges throughout Greece, while he has also attended canyoning school B level of the Hellenic Canyoning Association. He has attended mountaineering school (Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering & Climbing) and he is an active member of Proteas Thessaloniki Speleology having attended A and B level seminars. He has a recognized certification in first aid training (BLS) and he administrates the website http://canyoning-caving.blogspot.com/.

RANIA-ARTEMIS FYTILI

She is a certified guide and an assistant canyoning instructor (ICAN), having guided many groups in various canyons of Greece. She has attended the course of mountaineering (Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering & Climbing),) and she is a volunteer as a mountain rescuer of the Hellenic Rescue Team since 2018. Certified in DVA avalanche rescue by ANENA and in first aid training (adult, child, infant). She has also attended the Wilderness First Aid Advanced seminar (36-40 Hours) by ECSI.

PANAGIOTIS GOUMPERIS

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sport Science of Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki, specialized in Outdoor Recreational Activities and Sports Tourism. Mountain Guide of the Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering and Climbing and member of the Greek Mountain Guide Club. He has hiked and climbed most of the mountains and slopes of Greece, as well as the mountains of Cyprus, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France, Turkey, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia and Georgia. His rich experience stands out on the climbing of the Walker route on the northern slope of Grand Jorasses in the French Alps, as well as his contribution to the fulfillment of the 77-year-old woman’s dream to reach the highest peak of Greece.

GIOTA ZIRZIRI

She has a diploma as a Yoga Instructor Pro Level 1 – 100 hours (Grafts certification), a 250 hours diploma in yoga teacher’s training (Yoga Vidya Gurukul Nashik and Maharashtra India certifications) and a 60 hours diploma in Yin Yoga (Yoga Alliance certification). She has attended pranayama and meditation workshops, while she also has a diploma in Thai yoga massage (Sunshine school of massage, Chiang Mai, Thailand certification). Since childhood she is involved in dancing and other forms of artistic expression. She has an internationally recognized certification in first aid training and CPR.

NIKI VOUIMTA

Niki has a strong background in event management, congress and thematic tourism, and is highly experienced in designing and managing tailor made tours. She holds a BA in International and European, Economic and Political Studies, and a MA in European Urban Cultures, while she has been trained in Digital Marketing.

SOPHIA LIASKOU

Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, department of Translation and Intercultural Studies. She has been working in the Travel and Tourism Industry since 2014. She has a First Aid certification from the Hellenic Red Cross.

MAFI

Mafi is long-experienced in hiking into the woods and on mountain summtis around Greece, while she has climbed to the 2nd highest peak of Olympus at 2911 m! When hiking, she prefers to move independently, but she always has in mind the last member of the group! She also loves boards having spent hours of action and adventure doing SUP at sea!

CHRISTINA KONSTANTINIDOU

Graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, she holds and MSc in Sustainable Design from The University of Texas at Austin and a PhD from the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in the field of sustainable development and environmental impact assessment. She has teaching experience both in the academic level and the design and implementation of experiential education programs. She is trained as a Leave No Trace Trainer, while she has been working in the field of sustainability in tourism since 2018 and she holds certifications as a LEED Green Associate (US Green Building Council), a WELL AP (International Well Building Institute), a Sustainable Tourism Professional (Global Sustainable Tourism Council) and an Alternative & Sustainable Tourism Advisor (American Farm School of Thessaloniki). She has a recognized certification in first aid training (BLS).



KONSTANTINA PERISTERIANOU

She holds a BA and MSc in Cultural Management, Social and Humanities Sciences. She has attended training programs in the fields of education, group animation, performing & visual arts, sports, alternative tourism and first aid. Her professional experience is in organizing, management and implementation of a variety of cultural activities and non-formal educational programs for children, youth and adults.

STELLA MARINOU

Graduate of the Medical School specializing in Anesthesiology and Emergency Medicine. Specialized also in Medical Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Graduate student as a mountain escort of the Public Vocational School and member of the Mountain Rescue Department of the Greek Rescue Team. She has attended mountaineering school, as well as rock climbing school for beginners and intermediate level (Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering & Climbing). Holder of a diploma of Basic and Specialized Life Support for adults and children (BLS, ALS, APLS, ATLS) from ERC.
